Think American style slow cooked meats combined with a thoughtful focus on hearty salads and delicious vegetables. PW Catering provide a rustic experience preparing wholesome meals with the help of an offset smoker.

We love texture, colour and most importantly, flavour. Our menu is designed for sharing, with guests encouraged to serve themselves from a central table full of fresh produce. Each event menu can be tailored to suit you, with as much, or as little, input from the team at PW Catering as you need. Gluten free, vegan and dairy free requirements are welcome.

Our style of cooking is suitable for both refined estates and off grid venues. We love cooking outdoors and are well versed in working in on site kitchens. Our delivery approach is flexible and we’re happy to work with the boundaries of your venue to design the perfect experience for you.
